SAHARA UNITE Crumb Rubber is produced from carefully selected end-of-life commercial tyres through a controlled recycling process to ensure consistent quality and purity. Manufactured with strict processing standards, the material is free from foreign contaminants and suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. SAHARA UNITE crumb rubber is widely used in road construction, rubber mats and tiles, tyre manufacturing, conveyor belts, and other rubber-based products—delivering reliable performance while supporting sustainable material solutions.

2) Micronized Rubber Powder (MRP)
SAHARA UNITE Micronized Rubber Powder (MRP) is produced from end-of-life radial truck and bus tyres and is available in fine mesh sizes ranging from 80 to 170 mesh. During processing, advanced magnetic separation systems are used to effectively remove steel wires, resulting in a clean and consistent product. Due to its extremely high surface area, MRP integrates efficiently during rubber compounding, allowing the polymer to penetrate the rubber particles and form a strong mechanical bond. When incorporated at appropriate levels, Micronized Rubber Powder becomes an integral part of the compound, enhancing performance without compromising properties. Studies and industrial evaluations have demonstrated that the use of MRP supports cost optimization while contributing to sustainability objectives, particularly when added during the initial mixing stage to ensure optimal dispersion and bonding within the rubber matrix.
